About Pranj

The Indian diaspora of textiles is as vast as an ocean. Right from the Mughal Era to Swadeshi Movement, British Raj & even after independence, artisans and weavers across the country have been experimenting and adding new flavour’s to the home-grown textile crafts.

Pranj aims to establish a global network of artisans, providing retail and trade consumers with a user-friendly “one-stop-shop” solution for conscious design.

Our Mission

01

Our mission is to inspire an era of responsible design, which supports ancient cultures, their local communities and craftsmanship.

02

To build a deeper emotional connection between consumers and the artisans, by showcasing and supporting different cultures. We want people to acknowledge and value the craft by knowing exactly what goes into the making.

03

Backing local and traditional craftsmanship, rich in generational wisdom, while infusing modern aesthetics to uphold tradition and allure modern sensibilities.

04

To provide local employment and give back with a project that will empower the people behind our designs and their communities.

05

To help change the way we consume for the present generation and beyond.
