SHIPPING

We have temporarily increased our shipping rates and minimums for free delivery due to special
surcharges introduced by logistics carriers to keep their teams and our customer safe. This will be
temporary.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach
you within 4-10 business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery
in case of ready stock; otherwise it will upto 7 days to ship.
Delivery Time :
India – 3-7 business days
North America: 7-10 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-10 business days
Asia Pacific: 4-7 business days
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies or postal
services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm, Monday –Friday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an
alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of
the order.
Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect
addresses provided at the time of placing the order
We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. Goods
need to be signed for, upon delivery.
Once the order has been placed, Pranj will send an order confirmation email that will include tracking
information. You will be contacted, at the next stage with further information.
Information regarding the Airway Bill number will be communicated to the buyer after the products are
dispatched.

We have tied up with FedEx, Delhivery, DHL, UPS, DTDC etc for shipping our products.
Delivery charge varies depending on the value of the shopping cart. Minimum charges are Rs 100 for
local deliveries.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Thank you for shopping at pranj.in.
We assure you that all products sold on pranj.in are new and 100% genuine. We understand, however,
that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event we invite you to
review the following terms related to returning a product. The product can be returned/exchanged only
if:
A. Product is Damaged- during transit.
B. Product is Defective – during manufacturing process.
C. Product is Not as described on the website.
D. Returns of items shipped from pranj.in can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging and
provide transaction details.
Product cannot be returned/exchanged if:
A. If you have crossed 7 day return window.
B. If product is damaged (Not in its original condition),or tags and packaging are missing.
C. If the transaction details/bills are not provided.
In the event of return of a product, pranj.in may refund the amount via refund coupons issued against
the return of a certain product.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the
cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS

How to initiate the return/exchange request?

  •  Please contact us through email and provide the Order ID and transaction details.
  • Alternatively, you can click on the Return Order link provided in the footer of Website and fill
    the required details.
  • Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.

 

What are the conditions for return/exchange?

  • Please ensure that the product return is initiated within 7 DAYS of receipt of the article.
  • Please ensure that product is in unused and in original condition. The product should have all
    price tags intact, labels intact, and the original packing and invoice along with the product.
    What is the process of return/exchange?
  • We support Replacement across categories in case of damaged item. The time taken will be
    governed by our policies of our payment partner.
  •  The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same.
  •  Customer Support will inform about the pickup process. While we pick up originally delivered
    item from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged.
    In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the
    shipping charges against the original receipt.
  •  Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a Replacement is not available, we will
    refund the amount for the same.
  •  Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state and has been
    approved by our Quality Team, we will exchange the product or you shall be provided with a
    store credit towards the full amount paid by you for the product.
  •  In exceptional circumstances, a refund of the amount back to your credit card/ debit card/ bank
    account may be made, in which case return shipping charges and transaction fees might be
    applicable.
  •  Made-to-order/custom products cannot be replaced or returned.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not responsible for
delays due to customs.
